Tuesday’s turbo session went well. It was 20 mins Warm Up, with the main set 10 X 3 mins alternating between aero and normal at 70% to 75% Max Heart Rate and 10 mins Cool Down. I was watching the news and weather on the TV whilst doing the session.
Wednesday morning’s swim (20 mins Warm Up, 35 mins of 1 min with 10 secs rest alternating with and without a Pull Bouy and finish with a 5 mins Cool Down) totalled 2750m and I felt really good when I had finished the session.
The lunch time run of 45 mins (5 miles) steady but with a few hills thrown in was good. The wind was blowing a bit but generally a nice sunny wintry session. I was joined by Nathan, so we had a good old gossip as usual.
