Monday was a 2 session day, albeit this is a recovery week. The morning swim was a 2000 metre session and the lunch time run a 45 minute steady pace. Both were enjoyable and I am ready for Tuesday’s Turbo session. The rest of the week is going to be a bit of a fudge, as I have work commitments which mean I need to be flexible with what I can do and when I can fit it in. I will however, be sticking firmly to my two long sessions at the end of the week/the weekend of a 2 hour ride and a 3 hour run. I will be looking to fit them in around the best of the weather and if I have to exercise in the rain I would prefer to do the run in such weather as riding in the rain I find quite demoralising. Although if needs must, I will do.
