Looking forward to a training weekend in the mountains

Monday had me in the pool at 06.30 for a 2,500 metre drills session and a 5 mile steady run at lunch time and fly to
Geneva late afternoon.  Tuesday I was on my feet all day in
Geneva and had an enforced rest day.  Wednesday morning was a 2,750 metre drills session in the pool and a 60 minute turbo session in the evening.  Thursday training was a 60 minute easy paced run.


Friday is a rest day ready for a weekend in the Peak district with Team Bedford and planned is an 80 mile hilly ride on Saturday and a 15 mile off-road run on Sunday.  I also hope to get a couple of full English breakfasts in at the B&B!
